The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the old town with easy access to all the key attractions. The rooms were clean every day but the beds were small and uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, with friendly and English-speaking staff. The dining experience was basic but decent for starting the day. The hotel is housed on the 2nd floor of a building, not exactly a palace as described. The only let down was the lack of a window in the room as advertised.

Dei Decumani is a decent place to stay in the city center and explore on foot. The rooms are clean and nice, just like the pictures, with comfortable amenities provided daily. The service was friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant. The excellent location offers easy access to historical sites and nearby services, although not exactly as described in the brochure. The dining experience was good enough to start the day, but could include more variety. Overall, a reasonably priced option for a stay in the city center.
